Incorporating is a
more formal process and maintenance of a business
entity.
Forming an llc is a
more flexible process and maintenance of it.
For example,
incorporating requieres annual meetings. Not so
with forming an llc. In addition, you can
choose to be a sole owner, partnership, or corporation
if you form an llc. Incorporating has less such
options.
When starting a
business, you need to choose the legal structure of your
business. Forming an llc, incorporating or filing
a dba, is such a choice.
I recommend
filing an llc.
